Dental Insurance & Financial Options
We accept most dental insurance plans, including Georgia PeachCare and Medicaid.

For your convenience, we will file your dental claims directly with your carrier. As part of this service, we will estimate expected insurance coverage prior to providing services, and make arrangements with you for any remaining fees to be paid on the date the treatment is performed. We accept personal checks, MasterCard and Visa.

We Appreciate Details! Please provide us with your insurance information when you make your child’s appointment so that we may research your plan thoroughly prior to your visit. Also, please bring your dental insurance card to your first appointment so we may make a copy for our records.

It is important to note that estimated insurance coverage is not a guarantee of payment. Our Treatment and Financial arrangements are an agreement between You and Our Practice. We want to be sure that you are fully prepared and understand this agreement; please do not hesitate to ask us to review your specific financial needs whenever a question arises.

Appointment Policy & Practice Hours
Convenience and creating a Positive Experience – It is our pleasure to work with your family schedule to arrange appointment times that are convenient; we can also provide your child with a school excuse form for their dental appointment if needed.

We recommend that we see very young children (pre-school age) or children having extensive treatment early in the morning. Our ability to communicate effectively and create a positive dental experience is greater when your child’s alertness and energy levels are at their peak.

Our Office Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are closed from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. for lunch.

Because we specifically reserve clinical resources and personnel for each child’s care, we do require 48 hours notice of a change in appointment. This gives us the opportunity to make scheduling arrangements to see another child in need of dental care. Working together this way allows us to be more flexible in accommodating your child’s needs – we know that things come up!

After-Hours Dental Emergencies
If your child has a dental emergency after business hours, please call our office at (678) 714-7575 to obtain information regarding the Doctor on Call, or go to the emergency room at the Hospital.
